About
Introducing Jasmine, the founder of SOULSMITHERY
"I could call myself a hypnotherapist, a kinesiologist, or even a 'shaman', but none of those labels quite capture the nature of the work I do. I see my work as a kind of smithery — a gritty, layered process of forging, drawing, bending, chiselling, welding, and refining deep patterns within myself in service of function and beauty… and I show clients how to do the same. Hence: SOULSMITHERY."

The story behind the brand

SOULSMITHERY is owned and operated Jasmine. She was introduced to aromatherapy, massage, and other 'alternative' healing methods in early childhood. She always had a keen interest in physiology and wellness; however, she initially attained a BA (Philosophy & Media Comms) from the University of Sydney, and pursued a career in entertainment. But when a prolonged period of unexplained illness led her back to her roots, she began studying a wide range of ancient and neoteric healing modalities.
For 6 months, Jasmine endured misdiagnoses, gaslighting and - rather ironically - unscientific claims from a range of allopathic physicians. It reached a point where she was forced to look outside the box, or else she was going to die. And while food plans, nutritional support, and herbal supplements helped manage her dis-ease symptoms, it was integrative healing that restored Jasmine to full health. This meant re-visiting memories of events that had caused acute shock to the mind-body, and consciously re-modelling the adaptive (yet ultimately dysfunctional) overlays thus born. The surprisingly effective outcome of the integrative, consciousness-based approach resulted in a rapid paradigm shift. That was 6 years ago, and Jasmine has since been committed to educating people about the psycho-spiritual nature of dis-ease and the benefits of integrative healing — not just for survivors of severe trauma and abuse, but for every person who has ever been ill.
Jasmine holds a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Regression Therapy. She studied Kinesiology under Lin Bell in Byron Bay in 2022, before seeking certification as an Applied Kinesiologist with the College of Complementary Medicine (RTO 91396) in 2024. She also holds a Reiki Certificate (2nd Degree); however, she actively opts out of working with the Reiki egregore and practises her own kind of energetic therapy, which she calls FCT (Field Coherence Therapy). This modality is purely results-based and deviates from the little-known cultish practices inherent to the Reiki tradition.
Jasmine has also studied GNM (German New Medicine), and has completed courses in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT / TFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Thought Field Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing), Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Iridology, Foundations of Ayurveda, Medical Astrology, Trigrams, Dowsing, and Sound Therapy. She takes pride in her knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Pathology and the key tenets of Chinese Medicine, which were all included as units of study within her Kinesiology Diploma. She also studied Biology as a part of her IB Diploma, marked at an ATAR equivalent of 98.85.
Jasmine maintains a keen interest in Cymatics and Quantum Grammar. Ultimately, she intends to merge her background in performance and production with her expertise in healing, crafting films and audio content that contain blueprints for health and the expansion of consciousness. She is in the process of creating subliminal tapes informed by her understanding of Quantum Grammar, and is concurrently writing a feature film that explore the unseen arts in more revealing, expansive and experimental ways.
Jasmine is very pleased to be building the core of her business in Mudgee, as much her family history is rooted in the town.
